Office Manager ++

Company Overview:

Our advanced IoT platform empowers Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facility Management, and Workplace Leadership to optimize space utilization, reduce costs, and support hybrid work strategies. We are seeking a high energy and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in the Israel location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute front-desk activities and office administrative duties and logistics.
  • Oversee employee well-being.
  • Manage sensors logistics such as shipment and delivery management.
  • Coordinate flights and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with marketing activities, such as social media channels management, content and event coordination.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English (high level or native proficiency).
  • Extensive experience with Office software (ChatGPT/Gemini, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, & Excel).
  • Proactive “can-do” attitude with a service-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively.
  • Marketing experience, particularly in social media content creation and event coordination (advantage).

 

Location: Kfar-Saba Hatahana 1
